Card payment is the default for customers outside Indonesia and for anyone who prefers automatic renewal. Card plans are standard monthly subscriptions.
Paying
- Choose your plan on the pricing page and select card at checkout.
- You are taken to our secure checkout, operated by our payment partner Lemon Squeezy, to enter your card details. Forgelo never sees or stores your card number.
- After the payment succeeds you are returned to Forgelo and your plan activates automatically.
Renewal
Your subscription renews automatically every month on the same date. Receipts are emailed to you by the payment provider, and every payment also appears in your billing page.
Updating your card or cancelling
Use the links in your subscription emails from Lemon Squeezy to manage your payment method, or contact support and we will send you a management link. Cancelling stops future charges; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan.
Failed renewals
If a renewal charge fails, the provider retries automatically. If it keeps failing, the subscription lapses and your account returns to Free: your projects are kept, and sites beyond Free limits are unpublished rather than deleted.
