Every plan includes an allowance of AI actions. One action is one generation or one edit-by-prompt. The allowance protects generation capacity for everyone and scales up with your plan.
How counting works
- The quota uses a rolling 24 hour window, not a calendar day. If you are at the limit, actions you used about 24 hours ago free up gradually; there is no midnight reset to wait for.
- Failed generations do not count. If a job errors out, your quota is not charged.
- Queued and running jobs count while they are in flight, so you cannot stack unlimited jobs at once.
- There is a short cooldown between actions that shrinks on higher tiers.

When you hit the limit
- Wait a bit: the rolling window frees actions continuously.
- Manual text edits in the editor do not use AI actions, so you can keep polishing copy.
- If you regularly hit the ceiling, upgrade: each tier raises the allowance, shortens the cooldown, and raises the generation output size.
Why quotas exist
Forgelo's pricing keeps generation affordable by allocating shared capacity fairly. Quotas are there to prevent abuse and keep the queue fast for everyone, not to squeeze you. Most users never touch their limit in normal use.
