Upgrading takes a couple of minutes. Pick a plan, pay with QRIS or card, and your new limits apply as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Steps
- Go to the pricing page while logged in and choose your plan.
- Continue to checkout and pick a payment method:
- QRIS (Indonesia): you get a QR code page inside Forgelo. Scan it with any bank or e-wallet app that supports QRIS and pay the exact amount.
- Card: you are taken to our secure card checkout to enter your details and start a monthly subscription.
- After paying, the checkout page confirms your payment automatically within moments.
When does the plan activate?
Activation is automatic and normally instant once the payment provider notifies us. If your dashboard still shows the old plan a few minutes after paying:
- Refresh the page.
- Check your billing page; the payment status there is the source of truth.
- If the payment shows as paid but the plan is not active, contact support with your account email and payment time. This is treated as a priority case and is usually fixed the same day.
Upgrading from one paid tier to another
Choose the higher tier from the pricing page and pay the same way. Your new limits apply once the payment is confirmed.
